Teesing, a 70 year old multinational supplier of parts and assemblies for the control of gases and liquids headquartered in Rijswijk, The Netherlands, has a US Office, located in Lafayette, New Jersey, and is currently looking to fill a vacancy for an enthusiastic:

Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator

part time 16-25 hours per week, minimum 4 days onsite

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented part time Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient receipt and delivery of non-perishable goods.
Together with two colleagues (Regional Office Manager and Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant) you are the team of Teesing USA LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of products
• Utilize ERP system (Business Central) to manage inventory
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaboration with other departments of Teesing Headquarters, such as Operations, Engineering, & Quality

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 3 + years of Logistics experience (preferred)
• Computer Skills include:
• Outlook email & Calendar
• Excel
• Shipping software – FEDEX/UPS (preferred)
• General knowledge of ERP software and concepts, E.g.
• Navision/Business Central (Preferred)
